Jon Perkins

Jon Perkins, LCSW, Co-Founder

Jon has over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health. During his career in the healthcare industry, he has worked in acute, partial, intensive outpatient, residential, foster care, and outpatient treatment settings. Jon has a master’s degree in Social Work. At ATX Recovery Management, Jon is responsible for client service, staff supervision, training, marketing, and coordination with stakeholders and other service providers.

Sean Berkley

Sean Berkley, LCSW, Co-Founder

Sean’s first career was as a licensed CPA, working in accounting and business management. He has been in the social work field for the past 8 years, focusing on outpatient psychotherapy. Sean also worked for two years at a non-profit in Oaxaca, Mexico, and is bilingual in Spanish. At ATX Recovery Management, Sean is responsible for administration, IT, staff supervision, accounting, quality management, and human resources.

Hanna Herbowy, BA, BS, Quality Control and Billing Specialist

Hanna Herbowy, BA, BS, Quality Control and Billing Specialist

Hanna graduated from UT Austin having double-majored in Math and Government, with a minor in Business Administration. That combination of quantitative skill and business acumen perfectly prepared her for her role with our company. Hanna’s responsibilities include quality control, revenue and billing, payroll, database management, and special projects. Hanna also contributes with her uplifting energy, strong work ethic, and passion for our mission.

Marlene Perlotte, MS, Recovery Manager

Marlene Perlotte, MS, Bexar County Team Lead

Marlene holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology. She has over 20 years of experience in the health care field, including outreach, client service, case management, and community engagement. Prior to joining our team, Marlene worked with individuals with serious mental illness for The Center for Health Care Services. Our clients benefit from her professionalism, empathy, initiative, and advocacy.

Sam’s work history provides an ideal background for her role as a Recovery Manager. She spent two years working in a residential setting with dual diagnosis patients, four years as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate at a Crisis Center, and four years as a Human Relations Counselor with the Department of Corrections. Sam has a master’s degree in Social Work and brings enthusiasm, creativity, and clinical insight to her work with clients.

Moises Garces, MA, Recovery Manager

Moises holds a master’s degree in counseling and is advancing towards his doctorate in psychology. Moises has a strong background in counseling and case management, including 6 years as a counselor and senior care manager with CHCS, and 8 years as a mental health specialist with a nonprofit. Moises’ first career was as a member of the clergy. His warmth, dedication, and clinical skill make him a great fit for this role. Moises is fluent in Spanish.

Chris Foyle, MS, Recovery Manager

Chris Foyle, MS, Recovery Manager

Chris’s first position after graduating with his master’s in counseling (MFT) was as a case manager working with adults with SMI. This started him on a successful career in counseling and case management, including most recently as a senior care manager with CHCS. Chris is an analytical and systemic thinker with a creative perspective, who can navigate crises skillfully, exercise good clinical judgment, and build rapport and trust with his clients.

Erika Hernandez, MS, Recovery Manager

Erika has dedicated her career and volunteer work to helping others, including working for 9 years as a case manager – primarily with the El Paso Local Mental Health Authority El Paso. That experience perfectly positions her to understand our clients’ needs and to know how to obtain services for them in El Paso. Erika combines warmth and empathy with a proactive approach to get things done. She will complete her masters in counseling in February, 2025.

Nicole has skillfully spearheaded the Company’s expansion into the Hill Country Service Region. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in organizational leadership. She has extensive experience as a case manager and supervisor in agency and governmental settings, working with at-risk youth, families, and adults. Nicole employs her energy, initiative, and resolve to ensure her clients get the benefits and services they need.

Madison Dealing, LMSW

Madison Dealing, LMSW, Travis County Team Lead

Madison comes to us with a strong social work background and orientation. She holds a master’s in social work degree and has served as a lead houseparent and then campus coordinator for the Settlement Home for Children and more recently as a case management specialist with The Salvation Army. Madison’s strengths include a passion for the work, an ability to build trust with clients, a positive and engaging disposition, and a commitment to advocacy.

Dean Campbell

Dean Campbell, LPC, Recovery Manager

Dean has spent the last 25 years working as a licensed professional counselor. He has extensive experience as a case manager and as a therapist. He has worked primarily in high acuity settings, including hospitals, treatment centers, and with at-risk youth. He has counseled individual adults, adolescents, families, and groups. Prior to becoming an LPC, Dean worked for fifteen years as a youth and family minister.

Shannon O’Connor, LCDC, CRC, Recovery Manager

Since obtaining her master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation, Shannon has provided mental health counseling in a variety of settings. She has also led support groups, done individual coaching, utilized conflict resolution strategies, and performed needs assessments. Shannon’s positive energy, empathy, and confidence elicit a high level of engagement from clients. This allows her to identify their needs and concerns quickly and address them effectively.

Saffron Black

Saffron Black, LMSW, Recovery Manager

Saffron holds a master’s degree in social work and is fueled by a passion for helping people who struggle with mental health and substance use. She has worked for a non-profit that serves individuals affected by homelessness and as a case manager at Dell Seton Medical Center. We value Saffron’s initiative, enthusiasm, and the insight and professionalism she has developed through 18 years of social work, management, and customer service experience.

Greg Tibble

Greg Tribble, LCSW, LCDC, Recovery Manager

Greg has dedicated his career to helping people who struggle with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. He has been a field instructor and an adjunct professor, a unit manager and a program director, and a group and individual therapist. Through his extensive work in psychiatric hospitals and with Integral Care, Greg has developed a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face. We value his experience, kindness, and wisdom.

In her social work career, Eunice has been a case manager, counselor, communications coordinator, and rehabilitation specialist. Working for organizations such as Integral Care and Trinity Center, she has supported adults struggling with serious mental illness, homelessness, and incarceration—the exact challenges faced by our own clients. We value Eunice’s dedication, supervisory experience, and professionalism. Eunice is bilingual in Spanish.
