Jon Perkins, LCSW, Co-Founder
Jon has over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health. During his career in the healthcare industry, he has worked in acute, partial, intensive outpatient, residential, foster care, and outpatient treatment settings. Jon has a master’s degree in Social Work. At ATX Recovery Management, Jon is responsible for client service, staff supervision, training, marketing, and coordination with stakeholders and other service providers.
Sean Berkley, LCSW, Co-Founder
Sean’s first career was as a licensed CPA, working in accounting and business management. He has been in the social work field for the past 8 years, focusing on outpatient psychotherapy. Sean also worked for two years at a non-profit in Oaxaca, Mexico, and is bilingual in Spanish. At ATX Recovery Management, Sean is responsible for administration, IT, staff supervision, accounting, quality management, and human resources.
Marlene Perlotte, MS, Senior Recovery Manager
Marlene holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology. She has over 20 years of experience in the health care field, including outreach, client service, case management, and community engagement. Prior to joining our team, Marlene worked with individuals with serious mental illness for The Center for Health Care Services. Our clients benefit from her professionalism, empathy, initiative, and advocacy.

Lawrence Henderson, MA, Recovery Manager
Larry holds a master’s degree in counseling and is a U.S. Army combat veteran. He has provided clinical treatment at a psychiatric treatment center, has worked as an investigator for CPS, and has extensive case management experience. Larry is fluent in German and has received certifications in substance abuse treatment, crisis management, de-escalation, and other areas. Larry’s personal objective is to make a positive difference in the lives of his clients.

Priscilla Garcia, MA, Recovery Manager
Priscilla brings to the company 16 years of highly relevant experience. She has worked as a residential program manager, psychiatric rehab specialist, clinician in private practice and other roles. She has supervised staff at CHCS and BCFS and has a deep understanding of our client population, their needs, and the resources available to them in Bexar County. Priscilla holds masters’ degrees in counseling and gerontology and is fluent in Spanish.

Dean Campbell, LPC, Recovery Manager
Dean has spent the last 25 years working as a licensed professional counselor. He has extensive experience as a case manager and as a therapist. He has worked primarily in high acuity settings, including hospitals, treatment centers, and with at-risk youth. He has counseled individual adults, adolescents, families, and groups. Prior to becoming an LPC, Dean worked for fifteen years as a youth and family minister.

Ruben Garza, LCSW, Recovery Manager
Ruben is a licensed clinical social worker. He brings to ATX Recovery Management insight and expertise that stem from an impressive breadth and depth of experience. He has worked in schools, nonprofit, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Ruben has provided case management, staff supervision, assessment, treatment coordination, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Ruben is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a Certified Case Manager.

Sandra Grimes, LCSW-S, Recovery Manager
During a social work career spanning three decades, Sandra has worked extensively as a clinical supervisor and clinician. She has provided individual, family and group psychotherapy in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings and has provided case management to individuals with serious mental illness. She has a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, the challenges they face, and the resources available to support them in the community.

Madison Dealing, LMSW, Recovery Manager
Madison comes to us with a strong social work background and orientation. She holds a master’s in social work degree and has served as a lead houseparent and then campus coordinator for the Settlement Home for Children and more recently as a case management specialist with The Salvation Army. Madison’s strengths include a passion for the work, an ability to build trust with clients, a positive and engaging disposition, and a commitment to advocacy.
